Tom Oliver is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oakline Commercial Real Estate, where he specializes in industrial sales and leasing throughout Central Texas. His hands-on, strategy-driven approach ensures owners and investors maximize asset value through disciplined execution and deep local market insight.
A native Austinite, Tom brings a proven track record of delivering results. Prior to founding Oakline, he served as Partner at Acre One, where he was the firm’s top producer in 2024 and 2025. During his tenure, he secured and continues to maintain the exclusive leasing assignment for Ferguson Lane Business Park – an 18-building, 104,200-square-foot industrial park in Northeast Austin.
Previously, Tom was part of the TAG Industrial team at Marcus & Millichap in Austin, where he focused on industrial investment sales. Earlier in his career, Tom was a senior landman in the oil and gas industry, where he managed land acquisitions, negotiated leases, and provided strategic guidance to optimize asset value.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College, where he played collegiate football for four years.
A native Austinite, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as golf, fishing, gardening, cooking, coaching youth sports and live music.
